There’s just one catalog. On the data sources, there’s the data feed source called Woocommerce Products and there’s an app data source called Woocommerce Extension V2. Our plugin will look for that product when syncing, but send a warning if it doesn’t find the same ID. * In order to further investigate, would it be possible to let me know if you’re managing your products’ inventory through WooCommerce? * b) _Also, when one clicks on the manage connection button in the plugin, it leads us to a FB page which says: Error on managing Facebook Business Extension Please set up Facebook Business Extension first before managing settings.” * This sometimes can be caused when some of the permissions haven’t persisted after the initial setup. As a first step, you can try navigating at ** WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection** and click on the “Uninstall” button available there. The products in question are not out of stock at all. Any change that I do to any product causes this error. The ID is of course different for every product. I am using only Woocommerce to manage my inventory. This is definitely a plugin error. * On the 2nd part, when V2 of the plugin was introduced, there was an error connecting the account. V2.01 solved that error and everything was working fine. Suddenly, one fine day, the error started showing up. I don’t want my products on FB which are about 2000+ in number to be deleted so I don’t want to uninstall it. As you’ve mentioned, it’s possible that your products are in stock now and are also synced in the product catalog for Facebook and this warning still appears. That’s because the metadata of the plugin and the site isn’t synced the same way as the products are. So, in some cases, it may look like the product isn’t part of the product catalog even though it’s in stock and appears in the Facebook Shop. * A good way to confirm this would be navigating to one of the products and click to edit it. In the edit page for the product, you can find a “Facebook” metadata box on the right side of the screen (you may need to scroll down a bit to locate it). In that box, there’s a “Reset Facebook metadata” link that you can click. Then, you can click on the “Update” button for that product. * Would it be possible to let me know if the warning persists after following the steps above? * b) I’m happy to hear that v2.0.1 resolved the sync issue you’ve encountered. Regarding using the “Uninstall” button, this option is used to delete the connection of your site with your Facebook Shop, however, it won’t make any changes on the Facebook side. That means that your catalogs, pixels, and any other data that has already been created won’t get deleted. * That being said, you can try to reconfigure our setup and see if that helps.
