It’s always at 0. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it. In the system status report I’m seeing MySQL Version: 5.5.54. In this case, it might be best for the MailChimp support team to take a closer look at the connected MailChimp account and the API calls being sent from the integration. Also, if you can do any testing to try to rule out theme or plugin conflicts in a dev environment that would be very helpful as well. Often a theme or plugin conflict can cause synching issues.
