# Doesnt track orders

 * Hi,
 * I have added this plugin and created the page [https://fleaf.nl/tracking/](https://fleaf.nl/tracking/)
   which works fine.
 * However, when looking up an order it can’t seem to find it.
 * Test order is:
    ID: #FL335 Mail: [shop@fleaf.nl](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/doesnt-track-orders/shop@fleaf.nl?output_format=md)
 * What am I doing wrong?

 * It’s not this plugin’s scope to find orders. It will simply make it easier for
   unlogged users to access an order.
 * When an unlogged user tries to access an order page url like [http://fleaf.nl/my-account/view-order/123/](http://fleaf.nl/my-account/view-order/123/),
   nothing happens.
    Once you activate and setup this plugin, instead of nothing,
   you’ll be redirected to the tracking order page having the order field already
   filled
 * Anyway I just updated the plugin but I don’t know if it will help you.
    Please
   check if you are typing the correct order id
