Documentation is very sketchy and they charge you $25 to buy the documentation “handbook” (and/or $ 49 for a support ticket). No help is ever offered in support forum. I have installed dozens of plug-ins on dozens of WP sites and I ALWAYS donate to the plug-ins I buy – but I won’t be donating to this one, as it simply doesn’t work. The final stage of the checkout? If you’ve setup PayPal standard payments, then that’s by design. It’s supposed to direct to Paypal( that’s how Paypal works). * Documentation is sketchy? There’s effectively 3 or 4 pages worth of documentation on the installation page [here](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yak-for-wordpress/installation/), and a similar amount on the FAQ [here](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yak-for-wordpress/faq/). Most of the information from the handbook was distilled into those 2 sections— and it hasn’t been offered for sale for months now. * No help is offered in the support forum? Did you even look? It seems unlikely, because pretty much every post in the [support threads](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/yak-for-wordpress) has a reply once I see them. * As far as charging for support outside of the forums, just because this is an open source project doesn’t mean I have to give away the rest of my time for free.
