# AJAX Contact Form doesn't work

 * Options/setup page shows up after installation, but it builds forms on a new 
   post page. If you input form options, the only possibility is to “publish” the
   form, which causes WP to burp up a page-not-found message.
    There is no way to
   implement form made with this plugin.

 * I apologize if you’ve found my extension difficult to use. Please note once you
   have created a form or while editing it, you may use the shortcode ([see this screenshot](http://www.integratedweb.com.au/content/shortcode.jpg))
   that is provided directly below the ‘Submit button text’ configuration.
 * You may place this code in the content area of any page or post to have the form
   appear there. There is also a widget you may use to place the forms inside widget
   areas, this can be found in the Appearance > Widgets section.

 * Howdy Mr. kounterfeit!
 * It looks like there is a placement where it says: Shortcode Copy & paste in to
   any post or page!
 * This part is blocked where I can’t see the field: How can this be enabled to 
   where this part is available?
 * Also what part of the form do I use to have multiple files uploaded such as images
   and word docs.
 * I’m hoping that I can make this work and operate as I need a form to where my
   members can select one from a list of a lot of images to choose from as well 
   as being able to attach other images and documents.
