# plugin doesn`t work

   set to: UTC+4 Please Choose A Timezone like ‘Chicago’ on the Settings Page

    You
   can find the time zone setting on the General WordPress Settings page.(WP-Admin-
   >Settings->General)

 * Why it has this restriction? If I change the timezone of my blog, then all the
   scheduled posts will be published in wrong times for local viewers.

 * You do not have to change the actual time zone, only change the way which it 
   is specified. Rather than having the timezone offset specified, ex: “UTC +6”,
   you should use the actual timezone name, ex: “America/Chicago”. The reason for
   this is that a Named Timezone is more specific than a Timezone Offset.
