# Doesn’t work!

 * Tried and tried different settings and followed the video instructions to make
   it work. Unsuccessful. We will not pay for a Pro version of any plug-in where
   the free version which is the demo does not work either.
    Will look into other
   RSS resources.

 * Mine does the same thing and I paid to have it done professionally. The problem
   is not the feed, the problem is mailchimp. I have asked for help, alas even though
   I pay for monthly service no help has come.

   a simple caching issue that we can help with.

 * We appreciate your feedback, and have a 100% success rate of getting images in
   your RSS feed, and working in Mailchimp. Often Mailchimp requires some CSS, or
   disabling responsive images, or needs the feed URL adjusted so it’s not cached.
