# Doesn’t work

 * I spent awhile playing around with it and loaded a few products to see how it
   worked, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Shows up all nice and pretty but if I click
   each catergory all the items disappear until I reload the page. I’m super disappointed
   because it seemed so perfect for what I needed and it looked like the best fit,
   but im not sinking days into uploading my products for no one to be able to see
   them. I’m not really sure why it’s even up if it doesn’t function.

 * Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble using the catalog. We’d be happy to 
   help you figure out what the issue might be; based on your description it sounds
   like an AJAX error of some kind is happening when trying to reload the filtered
   products. If you want to post a link to your catalog page, I’d be happy to take
   a look as the plugin is definitely working on other users’ websites so we should
   be able to figure out what the specific issue might be pretty quickly. Thanks!
