# Doesn’t Work

 * I cannot seem to make this plugin work at all. I haven’t tried disabling other
   plugins as of yet, but I’m just wondering if there are known issues with these
   plugins:
    Bloom Divi Booster Divi Events Calendar Duplicate Page and Post Expand
   Divi Featured Video Plus FileBird Lite Font Awesome Google XML Sitemaps Increase
   Maximum Upload File Size Monarch Plugin reSmush.it Image Optimizer RSS Importer
   Safe SVG Simple Page Ordering Stop Spammers The Events Calendar WordPress Importer
   WP All Import WP All Import – WP Job Manager Add-On WP and Divi Icons WP Job 
   Manager WPJM Extra Fields

 * Can’t tell you. Could you provide me more info about the issue? Do you see the
   options added by the plugin? You can configure it but effects not work?

 * Yes, I can see the options, only they do not take effect. I’m attempting to use
   the “particles” setting but to no avail. It merely has no effect on the frontend.

 * I checked the url that you provide me, but apparently you don’t have my plugin
   installed. If you still are insterested in receive support, please provide me
   a link where the desired effect was applied so i can check why isn’t work properly.

 * Thanks for your assistance. I had taken the plugin off-line. However, I’ve now
   reactivated it.
 * I added the Particles background in a section on the Home page of GuilfordWorks.
   info. The section entitled “SMS Text Support” should show the Particles background,
   but does not. I still have not disabled all of my plugins as I haven’t had the
   time to test it.
 * Anyhow, if you are able to look at it in the next few days, please reach out 
   and let me know what you discover.

 * Ok. Did you changed the option it says “Active particles background” to “yes”??
   Also, which particles background are you trying to use? because there’s two, 
   but the one it says pro is reserved only for the premium version.
