# Doesn’t work

 * For some reason I get

   myname Code –>
 * <!– End myname Code –>
    <!– /end HFCM by 99 Robots –> <!– HFCM by 99 Robots –
   Snippet # 4: myname –> <!– myname –>
 * <!– myname –>
    <!– /end HFCM by 99 Robots –>
 * Ie empty code but there is code in the settings of HFCM.
 * In other times it just works as advertised.
 * How come?

 * Hi [@karlutz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/karlutz/) – I don’t see any
   code in that output. Like you said, if there is code in the settings area, please
   provide a screenshot or share the snippet. It’s possible that there is likely
   a third party plugin on your site that is stripping that code (example: a caching
   plugin, minifier, etc.).
 * I can assure you – as well as 150,000+ active sites – that the plugin definitely
   works.
 * Let’s solve this by giving us more info so that you can update your star review
   as we strive to be perfect.
