# Doesn’t work

 * I have over 20 WordPress sites. This plugin gives me a error curl timeout for
   getting API Key. So I created a account on their website for a API key and when
   I try to put in the API key in gives me a curl timeout error. Now there is no
   way to delete my Imagify account from their website! So I am sure I will keep
   getting emails from them.

 * Please make sure to whitelist the following IP addresses:
 * 51.68.166.142
 * Let me know if that helped. If not, it would be good to check with your host,
   if they specifically block the connection to imagify.io (app.imagify.io).
 * Other than that, you can ask for account removal via [https://imagify.io/contact](https://imagify.io/contact),
   we respond quite quickly to this kind of requests.
