# Doesn’t work

 * Installed trial copy, created a folder, folder doesn’t show up. Can’t move files
   into an invisible folder. Tried to create it again, said it already exists. But
   can’t be seen. Buggy

 * It seems you have a conflict of plugins or theme on the site causing such an 
   issue.
    1. You can try deactivating all plugins but leave only FileBird – if the issue 
       is solved then it means the problem is from an external plugin, then you can
       activate them one by one to detect the exact one causing the issue and check
       it with their support.
