   it. I trust you do have the [Jetpack plugin installed and connected](https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/#install-jetpack)(
   or attempted to; if it shares an error, don’t deactivate it), can you confirm
   this?

 * Thanks for the fast reply. We need the plugin to be active and connected (or 
   attempting to connect) to run our tests and suggest a fix for the error.
