 * No matter which of the instructions I follow, this plugin leads only to a page
   404!
 * Since you have time to develop an other plugin, perhaps you should spend time
   fixing this one instead?!?
 * More than a month has past since your last posting and so far no update.
 * Page 404 can hardly be said to be “Subscriber Management”, and in no way “Customer
   Management” 🙁

 * Please do not forget that I don’t get paid to DONATE my time and knowledge to
   the community. Even if I haven’t released an update in a while, I keep supporting
   this plugin answering questions on this forum. I guess I should be free to decide
   how to best spend my time and what plugin to develop, don’t you think? Gee, drink
   some chamomile tea, will ya?
