 * This plugin works – sort of. Upgraded to latest version. Among the things that
   did not work out of the box and needed repair:
    - Shipping calculator did not work. I could only get it to work sort of
    - Disregard shipping for this product doesn’t work for single products and only
      sort of works for products with variations.
    - Variations will not update
 * If you don’t need any of these, then wait until next upgrade when something else
   will not work.
 * Save yourself some heartache and headaches and avoid this plugin.
