 * What goes wrong, do you get any error messages etc? Can you post up a url to 
   your page so I can see what’s happening?

 * I have taken it off now in favour of using normal tables.
 * In short, it wouldn’t work with newer formats of Microsoft Word. I saw other 
   topics on this issue and tried following the advice but didn’t resolve anything.
   I tried including docx within the shortcode but to no avail.
 * It worked with PDF’s but I then discovered it (to my knowledge) doesn’t allow
   me to organise the files how I want to so no loss.

 * Hmmmm, I’m having a similar problem with DOCX files, so I saved the file as a.
   DOC and im having limited success.

 * The DOC doesn’t appear, and if I upload a DOCX then both lists contain both PDF
   and DOCX files.
 * Any ideas?
