# Doesn't Work

 * I paid for an installed this software and it has never worked. I get errors every
   time I try to click a size of picture to add the watermark. I have emailed support,
   but haven’t received any solutions yet. I am very frustrated that I paid $39.00
   and don’t have anything to show for it.

 * This review was for the Signature Watermark Ultra. I paid $39.00 to upgrade from
   the free version. There is a button on the Signature Watermark Ultra to rate 
   this plugin, so that is what I did.

   went to a generic forum.

 * You should identify exactly which plugin you are using and then post in that 
   plugin’s review forum via its page in the [Plugin Repository](http://wordpress.org/plugins/).
   That said, I’m sorry but these forums do not support [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).
   Only the free plugins downloaded from [http://wordpress.org/plugins/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/).
   Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any comments about commercial
   products.
