 * I installed this plug in and nothing happens..The wordpress continue receiving
   any weak password.

 * Hi there,
 * Once you install the plugin you should get a notification to enable the password
   policies, since by default they are disabled.
 * If not you can configure the password policies from the WordPress settings menu.
 * Can you please try again and enable the policies?
