Doesn't work

    It installs, but doesn’t show up anywhere in the dashboard or widgets. Maybe I’m missing something, but a plugin should have both documentation and be somewhat intuitive. This has neither. It’s a shame, because it sounds like it could be useful.

    Hi,

    After installing there will be a new menu item in admin screen side menu entitled Sm Forms. After clicking you will be able to create new forms.

    And I am really sorry as the documentation is not ready yet but I am willing to create one.
    It will be available in a day or two.

    Its a request if you rewrite the review and rating according to the product.
