 * Has anyone got this to work?
 * Just cannot get it to raise an invoice in Kashflow. Best I can get is if I disable**
   Only send completed orders to KashFlow for invoicing** then I get the customer
   setup (address etc) but never get an invoice.
 * Is there no support? If it doesn’t work it should be taken down!!!
