# Doesn't work

 * This is a great idea. As a “regular non technical user” it’s useless, though.
   The user role functionality doesn’t work at all and I’m not savvy enough to use
   the IP method which others have said works.
 * If you’re somewhat tech savvy maybe this is for you. If you’re hoping for all
   the functions to work and be able to use “user roles” keep looking.

 * Extremely sorry for the delay in response.
 * We have received several reports that the Roles feature is not working.
 * We are working on replicating the Roles issue and will fix it asap.
