Doesn't work

I send you lots of mails, but not response.
I have lots of bugs, and for me the plugin doesn’t work correctly.
Impossible to update correctly, it reset all my field.
Impossible to re load image, it run the first time for create. But impossible to reload.

I would like a refund please.
