This plugin isn’t supported for any current version of WordPress and support here is 100% free and volunteer. The “customer service” does not apply in anyway here. You’re not a customer you are software user. Totally different thing. 😉
While you say that you’re being ignored you haven’t posted a support forum question here. If you ARE a customer then you’re posting in the wrong place. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

You know what I mean & I posted a review here. I wasn’t expecting support here unless you can give it to me.
If it doesn’t work, then there’s a problem & the owner of the plugin should make sure it’s working or people should be aware it’s not & get a different plugin.
This is the link the plugin had in the back area & this is where I posted… http://forum.wpeditpro.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=631
And it even says he’s the owner.

He is the author of the plugin, I try not to assume what anyone means, and I really have no idea if you’re his customer or not.
If you are then that topic you posted was the right place.
If you are not a customer then again, you’re making the wrong point when you write “no customer service”.
If it doesn’t work, then there’s a problem & the owner of the plugin should make sure it’s working or people should be aware it’s not & get a different plugin.
Good point and that’s why the plugin clearly states that on the description.
See the text from this page at the top?

Note: The end of Ultimate Tinymce
This plugin will not work properly on WordPress versions 3.9 and above
Instead, please switch to using WP Edit
- WordPress has released version 3.9.
- Ultimate Tinymce will NO LONGER function properly after the update.
- Please switch to using “WP Edit” instead; AFTER your site is updated to WordPress 3.9.
- In WP Edit, there is an option under the “Database” tab, which will attempt to import any settings from Ultimate Tinymce.
- WP Edit is the successor of Ultimate Tinymce… a complete project update.
Which really can be summed up like so: “This plugin is dead. Please don’t use it. Use the other plugin instead.” Although the author may be horrified to read my direct translation of that. 😉

k, I didn’t know that.
My website coder put it on some of my sites & then I went to tweak it & it didn’t work. I don’t know why the developer didn’t just tell me that right away. <sigh>
Thanks & have a good Sunday.

Hi folks,
Josh Lobe’s wife left him on October 11th, 2014. She left him with two infant children (five years… and ten months).
I have been adjusting to a much tighter schedule.. and having to pick up the slack with the kids (where my wife helped before).
I can do it.. I’m halfway there. I apologize for not being as responsive as I have in the past.
Please let me know where you currently stand with this issue.. and I will be happy to assist.
@jan,
“This plugin is dead. Please don’t use it. Use the other plugin instead.” Although the author may be horrified to read my direct translation of that. 😉
That is exactly what I wanted to say on the plugin page… but wasn’t sure how “tactful” that might appear 😉

Oh I’m soooo sorry to hear that Josh. I hope you have family who can help you with the kids : (
So should I just uninstall this & install the other one? That’s what I was going to do.
