# Doesn’t work on Multisite

 * I couldn’t find any documentation on if this plugin works with Multi-sites. I
   got it to work well on the first site, but the second subsite won’t allow me 
   to publish a feed. Actually I can hit publish but then nothing shows up under
   Feeds. Do you have any solution for this?

 * Please be informed that the Instagram Feed WD plugins works on multi sties. If
   the Feed is not displayed after adding the shortcode, please contact our support

 * Also, try to sigh with different account using Incognito, since the plugin is
   authorized to work with already signed account.

 * On the second site it will not create a short code. It allows me to go through
   the process but when I click publish it does NOT show anything in the feed list
   so there isn’t a shortcode to use. That is the problem. Even when I log out of
   one instagram account and into another it still doesn’t work. I can still contact
   your support email if needed. thanks.
