 * I installed this plugin and it doesn’t work. I emailed support 3 times for assistance
   nothing. I requested a refund nothing so I am having to do a chargeback.
    DO 
   NOT DOWNLOAD

 * Obviously the ball got dropped on this, and I’m happy to issue a refund and figure
   out what went wrong.
 * I just took a look through my orders and I do see you purchased the plugin on
   the 16th of July. When I search my email though I’m not finding anything from
   the email you used for the purchase.
 * Could you please let me know which email you used for the support request so 
   I can figure out where that went wrong?
