# Doesn't Work Practically non-existent support

 * I installed this plugin on my WordPress site and spent considerable time getting
   my form to look and function just right.
    However, when I submit a charge through
   the form, it never goes through at Stripe. Checking into my Stripe logs, it’s
   evident that Gravity+Stripe is sending the initial token, but never makes the
   actual charge request.
 * I contacted Stripe, and they confirmed that it was an issue with the plugin.
 * I tried contacting the Author. It took a few days to get a response, and I was
   asked what email address I used for the paid support. During this initial conversation,
   I got one email a day. I’d respond in the morning, and it was the next morning
   before they answered back.
 * Funny – there’s no mention of paid support on the plug-in website. I responded
   on July 21st, and have yet to receive any further communication.
 * Sadly, this looked like a very promising solution, as I needed a plugin that 
   allowed me to add a percentage fee onto the transaction. So for the past two 
   weeks, I’ve had to tell my clients to call me so I can run their card. Not very
   professional, IMHO.

 * This person ended up contacting support and turns out they weren’t even using
   this plugin. Once they installed this plugin, it worked.
 * Unfortunately, they decided to leave an incorrect review here.
