 * This plugin writes LOGIN/LOGOUT HTML directly to your menu. This means if you
   are using a caching plugin to speed up your site, pages will not accurately reflect
   the visitor’s logged in state.
 * I’d like to find a plugin that works like this one, but uses Javascript and cookies
   to dynamically write the LOGIN/LOGOUT HTML so that you can use a caching plugin.
