# Doesn’t work with nested repeaters?

 * Hello,
 * I have a repeater inside another repeater (nested) which contains several numeric
   fields.
 * I am trying to apply a formula to the parent repeater in order to sum the numeric
   fields, but it’s not working.
 * Are there any plans to make this work with nested repeaters in the near future?

 * I just read in a previous reply that this feature was being considered for a 
   future release, however this reply was several months ago.
 * Was this abandoned or is this still in development? Any information you could
   give would be very helpful.

 * Hi,
 * Yes, so in the current version nested repeaters and groups are not supported.
   Better support for ACF complex fields (repeaters, groups etc.) is one of the 
   most requested features right now.
 * We’ve been working on a rewrite to get support for this in place but as of now
   we don’t have a firm date on when this can be ready.
