# Dokan breaks permalink structure – continuous problem

 * There is a reoccurring issue with permalinks being broken, as well as functionality
   in the Seller Dashboard.
    Working in staging for site improvements and live site
   accordingly, There are repeated times when I check the site by clicking on some
   of my top tier product categories and return a 404-page not found error. The 
   way I remedy this is as follows: Deactivate Dokan plugin, reset my shop product
   permalink structure (which looks the same anyway …/shop/%product-cat%), Purge
   hosting cache, check the top tier category function, Activate Dokan.
 * this happens often while working on the site.
 * Another issue I have discovered is within the Seller dashboard. “Dashboard” “
   Orders” and “Edit Account” are the only sidebar tabs that function. all other
   tabs (Products, Coupons, Reports, Reviews, Withdraw, and Settings) return 404
   error.

   created a ticket already on the support forum. The problem you have mentioned
   is occurring for the permalink settings. Dokan has fixed permalink structure.
