Dollar amount does not update!

    Every donation we get for this specific donation drive does not update the drive amount total. It processes properly through Stripe and the plugin but the amount does not update I am not sure what else to do to fix it. I even tried creating a new form for this drive with the same issue. Please help.

    I tried and filled out the form twice and it is not working ” does not submit” the button clicks and nothing happens 🙂 Let me know when it’s fixed.

    I am not sure how the ticket was marked resolved if it was clearly not. I tried multiple times to submit support request through your website and it does not work.
    I appreciate your support ASAP, this has been ongoing for sometime now.

    It was marked resolved only because this should be handled outside this system. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the priority support form, we’ve been getting steady submissions there continually all week, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Perhaps the spam filter was flagging your submission for some reason.

    Here’s a couple things reagarding this issue:

    1) I see the total currently at $1955. What should the correct total be?
    2) I see you have OFfline Donations enabled, are those being marked as “Complete” manually? They will not be counted toward the goal until they are complete.
    3) If you still continue to have trouble, I have a way to manually change the goal amount, but we don’t like that to be public, so please use our contact form and I’ll reply to you there with the solution: https://givewp.com/contact-us

    Thanks for your response. I know how to change the amount manually and I have been doing that but I have to do it so frequently it is becoming annoying. I do receive offline donations and they are completed according to your instructions. I am assuming this bug is unknown and there is no resolution for it?

    Hey @dkassis – We have known about his bug and have a fix in place that’s in the testing stage right now. In the new version you shouldn’t have a problem with payments not being counted properly and to fix discrepancies there’s a recalculate tool found under Donations > Stats > Tools – If you’d like to test out the pre-release version we’d love for you to give it a try: https://github.com/WordImpress/Give/tree/release/1.5
