 * How do I access the domain blocking? I only have options to block email addresses
   or phone numbers currently.

 * Hello there,
 * You have to enable IP address or Domain blocking before you wish to use them.
   Go to Blacklist Manager > Settings > Enable IP address / Domain (as you wish),
   then you’re good to go.
