    Hello,

I am switching over from WP Rocket to Litespeed. As I am setting up litespeed I attempted to request a domain key for QUIC.cloud. After waiting 15 minutes I got this message.

There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.

There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain::

    1) The POST callback to https://www.sprungstudios.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed.

    2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted.

Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:

Unsure of what the exact issue is but any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Hi,

from my check , the CloudFlare’s hCaptcha test blocked the request

please whitelist our IPs into CF firewall https://quic.cloud/ips

    best regards,

    Hi,

Thank you for the quick response.

I can’t seem to find an area to whitelist the IPs in Cloudflare.

Do you know which menu that is located in?

    Thank you again!

I believe I have allowlisted all of the linked QUIC.cloud Ip addresses, but the issue of not receiving a domain key is remaining.

it’s still hitting CF hCapcha test.

Thank you for the quick response.

Do you have a recommendation on what to do through Cloudflare to get past this issue? I have created a Firewall rule within CF to Allow all of the listed QUIC.cloud Ip’s.

    try this:

go to CF -> configurations -> lists -> create a IP list with all QC IPs

then go to website -> security -> WAF -> create firewall rule ->

when incoming request matches “IP sources” -> is in list -> choose previously created list

    then Bypass -> Security levels

Thank you, that seems to have helped, as I am no longer getting the initial error message.

I am still yet to receive my domain key for QUIC.cloud though.

Any further insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Ahhh I just received the same initial error message of

‘`There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.

actually I am still seeing the CF blocking it

I don’t know much about CF, I’d suggest to contact CF support how to properly whitelist IPs from its security features.
