# Donate Button Doesnt Respond

 * Hi, 
   We have been using the donation platform plugin for quite sometime. We are
   facing a weird issue where our donate button right after entering the amount 
   isnt responding. We havent touched any technical aspects of the website, all 
   the plugins and wordpress is updated to the latest version.

 * I understand you guys must be occupied with a lot of other high priority subjects.
   But this feature is one of the core function of our website and it stopped working.

 * it does not seem like you are using Donation Platform for WooCommerce. Have you
   switched to a different plugin because of the issue or have you been using a 
   different donation plugin before?
