Donor Not Showing Up

    Was it an Offline Donation that hasn’t yet been set to “Complete”? If not, do you see the Transaction as complete both in PayPal and in your Give Transactions screen?

    It was set to complete on both ends. It actually showed up on there at one point, then went away.

    Since it’s an isolated event I really can’t speak to how that might have happened.

    But I would suggest simply doing your own Offline Donation and setting it to complete in order to get your Progress Bar back to the right amount for now.
