 * First of all, we are really sorry about the inconvenience caused. Due to server
   maintenance, ​​you have been charged twice which shouldn’t have happened.
 * ​​​​And, since, it’s weekend out here, we couldn’t get back to you earlier. We
   are sorry about that.
 * Regardless, I have already assigned our Team Lead to refund your extra charge
   as soon as possible. So, don’t worry, you will be receiving the refund shortly.
 * By the way, I know you have done that completely out of frustration but the 1*
   Review which you have left could a bit more damaging for us. So, once we proceed
   the refund, can you please change your review or remove it?
