* Hi,
* i have a problem with popups on this site, as they open only after 2 clicks,
and sometimes the overlay doesn’t show. the popups are triggered by the buttons
under the PRESTATIONS section. Would you know what’s causing it and how to solve
it ? Thank you !

* When I investigated further, I found popup #contact is active on your site.

* I also noticed that your theme needs to be updated to the latest version. I recommend
updating your site theme to the latest version.
* As I couldn’t locate the button that triggers the popup #contact. I couldn’t
confirm and replicate your issue.
* Could you please create a new test button and link the popup to it? This will
help me to investigate and confirm the issue.

* Yep this site’s was in prod, so i had to fix it quickly and i created a pop-up
in JS ! 🙂 but it’s quite painful and long 😀
* the problem appears on every site i make since some weeks : you can check it
out on this site, the trigger is the CONTACT item in the menu :

* on this one the theme’s version is the latest, and i can’t find what’s wrong :
the console shows no errors, and the pop-up config i use is the same as always.

* Hi, i get back to you as this issue is very problematic for me.

RÉSERVER” buttons) this issue now happens on all my installations. It always
need two cliks to trigger the popup, and behave strangely ( overlay doesn’t show,
main scrollbar does or don’t disappear) Do you know what’s wrong with them and/
or have a solution for fixing them ? Many live sites we made has the same problem,
and get clients upset, and altought i understand you already have many support
tickets to manage, a quick answer would be really helpful ! thank you !

issue arises only when the popup contains a form; the rest of the popup without
any forms works fine as expected.When the page loads, the double-click issue
happens only the first time, the popup is triggered; after that, the popup loads
successfully on the first click.Forms that rely heavily on JavaScript to initialize
are no longer compatible with our free plugin.Our team is currently investigating
the problem, but we cannot guarantee and confirm the estimated time to resolve
it. However, I have made the issue a top priority.We have a solution that can
