Double click protection

Hi,

I’m experiencing the following issue : some users click twice on the button on the ‘reset password’ page/shortcode. This leads to sending two emails one after another and they are stupid enough to always use the first email link. Then the “can’t reset my password” complaints start :-). I can sort out some script myself, but I though it will be of use to other people that suffer with … errrm … non-competent users just like me, so I’d like to suggest you to add some sort of ‘double click protection’ on those buttons. Essentially – disabling them on the first click maybe. Same goes for the registration page, I guess :-).
