Double items in android chrome browser

I discovered something when I changed the menu items in my wordpress site (because a friend of mine pointed out that the parent pages were clickable when you went to go to a sub page on a mobile device) so i search up how to make them not clickable and i managed to do it but now i have discovered that there are double items in the menu now.

Is there any way to sort this out?
