I am running BadgeOS 1.4.2. I am using nominations for some of the badges in our learning community. I found that once a nomination is made, then approved with a comment, the nomination appears to that same user with two nominations forms, one showing the comment and approval with a form to nominate again and another nomination form on top of that one. This will confuse users — wondering if you are aware of this glitch and if there is a fix? * The site is private, so I cannot give a link. There is a dropdown menu listing users to nominate in duplicate. As far as I can tell, what is creating the duplicate form is when the administrator is logged in and making a comment (on the dashboard view) before approving the badge. * Sorry for delayed response! I wouldn’t do anything except look. No saving of anything or purposely editing anything. If you’re reluctant even with that promise, then I’ll just see if I can recreate on my own.
