I’m having some issues with Double-Opt In. The setting is disabled on both the plugin and Mailchimp side but people who are signing up are being sent the ‘Confirm subscription’ email.

Has anyone had this issue before and knows how to resolve?

Hi, where can i test the form on your site?

    Thanks!

Hi Lap. There are two forms on the home page of the site, the green 10% off pop out tab and the subscribe box before the footer:

As you’re using the Premium add-on I recommend you email the Premium support department on support at mc4wp.com

If you are using the free version of the plugin,… somehow you ended up with multiple forms, but the MC4WP free version only allows 1 form. So you won’t be able to reach the settings for the other forms.
In that case, replace all forms with the 1 form that you can edit under MC4WP > Forms.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions please let me know.

I believe we are using the 1 form but it’s integrated into WPForms & a custom integration.

Would we need the premium version for this?

    Thanks

The forms I see on your site are not WP Forms integrations.
Maybe at some point you had Premium and created multiple forms?

This is what we are seeing on our integrations page – so to me it looks like it should work without premium?

    The integrations will work, yes.

But the two forms on your site are not added via an integration, they are direct MC4WP forms.
And you can only reach the settings (including double opt-in) for one form, because you use the free add-on.

You must have had the Premium version at some point to be able to create multiple forms in the first place.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions please let me know.

ps: Your integration method has no audience selected so if you want to use that integration don’t forget to check the box for your audience (in your screenshot above)
