# Double Order Issue

 * Hi,
 * Currently having an issue where when a customer purchases a subscription, shortly
   after a second blank order is created and marked as “on hold”. This blank subscription
   states the following:
 * “This order has been created to renew subscription…”
 * However, the order ID that it is trying to renew does not exist.
 * I am unsure as to why this is happening, I have tested it with multiple payment
   options and multiple products.

   sorry for the delay. Please make sure in PayPal settings the **PayPal identity
   token** field is empty.
