Double/Triple Posts

    I am new to this and i have seen a few people having the same problem in the Support but cant find any fix for it.
    I left the automatic youtube post on last night and my website was spammed with double, triple and couple of them had at least 5 posts. I set the “import every = 1 hour” option. Any way to fix this coz I really like this plugin and the way it posts the youtube videos but the double/triple posts is more work clearing out then the work the plugin does itself.
