 * After I set always use https on Cloudflare, my score on Pingdom downgraded from
   A to B, because there’s a redirect (from http to https).
 * I also use Autoptimize, Speed Booster, and SSL Fixer plugin. How to implement
   always use https without downgrade my score on Pingdom?

   show https links for your site, so there will be no redirects.
