# Download button error

 * Hi, I just set up the plugin on my website on a wamp localhost.
    I created a 
   file for download. However the download icon on the file page was in red. There
   were no error messages. I could not click the button to download the file.
 * What are possible causes for me to troubleshoot.

 * Probably you didn’t select any role for “Allow Access” field while adding/editing
   the file. Also, to show an error message, you need to add it to wpdm settings
   page.
