Download failed

I purchased the gallery plug-in. After submitting payment via paypal, I was directed to the download page. The download never started so I clicked on the alternate link. The page opened, but nothing happened.

I emailed your team at [email protected] along with my receipt and have not heard back yet.

Please advise.
