    We setting up the embeddr I checked not to mae download link available. The shortcode value is save=”0″ for no link and save=”1″ for a link.

    I am pasting in document link; selecting the height and width, selecting NO DOWNLOAD. Every page that I do not want a download link has one. How do I troubleshoot or corrct. I have deactivated; reactivated; uninstalled; reinstalled; What next?

    You don’t need to use the shortcode save option if you just turn off the link option in your default profile (“General” tab in GDE Settings). That said, if you set save=0 that should still remove the download link.

    You’ll need to share a link or something, either here or on the support tab in settings, because that’s not normal behavior.
