    Hello,

We’ve been using SlimStat on our website for several weeks and it seems to be tracking visitors and the page views but the ‘Downloads’ box is completely empty.

I decided to test it out myself so I used another computer to download a PDF from our website but it hasn’t tracked it. It’s annoying because it’s the one feature we want the most and all the other stats plugins I’ve seen do not have a download tracker.

    Hi there,

In order for this feature to work, you need to tell WP SlimStat what to consider a ‘download’, by listing the relevant extensions (PDF, exe, doc, etc) in the corresponding field in the settings. Please let us know if it works!

A vote/review for WP SlimStat would be a nice way to say thank you!

Thanks! So simple and I completely missed that section of the settings. Tested on another computer and it showed the downloaded file straight away.
