 * Hi there!
 * To drag and drop an item in your post, you will need to hover over the block 
   you want to move until you see the toolbar appear. Then, hover your mouse to 
   the left until the arrows appear.
 * Once the arrows appear, you can either use those directly to move your block 
   up or down or you can click on one of the arrows and drag the block into the 
   position you prefer.
