Upon inspecting your site you have provided, we are unable to find the list item in the dropdown menu. You will need to add the items for the dropdown menu as sub menu items.
To manage the hierarchy of the menu go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus. Here, add the menu items for the sub menu and maintain the hierarchy by dragging the menu items below the parent menu item.
