Drop Down Menu Options

I am very new to all of this blogging stuff and I don’t know the slightest thing about editing the code for this theme.

First question: how do I go about making it so that my top menu item is clickable (my parent item in the menu). Right now when I hover over it, shows one page and I can click on that and be redirected but I can’t click on the actual menu title.

Second question: I have multiple submenu items but those don’t show up when I hover over their parent items. How do I go about editing that?
